Shipping, Delivery, and Pickup Policy

To ensure your comfort, we always work on simplifying the shipping, return, or exchange procedures as much as possible to guarantee a smooth and satisfying experience, in accordance with the conditions outlined below

 

Pickup from Branch
Select "Pickup from Branch" from the payment page when completing your order.
At our main branch, customers can conveniently pick up their orders from Haseed Café & Roastery – Main Branch in Riyadh, Al Khaleej District, Bahar Al Arab Street.
The primary notification will be sent to the email address registered with the order, so customers must ensure that it is entered correctly.

Providing a valid mobile number is also very important to ensure smooth coordination and confirmation regarding order pickup.

Orders are prepared within two business days, and you will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup at the main branch in Riyadh during branch working hours.
Customers may collect their orders within a maximum of 5 business days from the readiness notification. If the order is not collected within this period, it will be considered canceled, non-refundable, and the store reserves the right to dispose of it due to the nature of our products and their perishability.

Shipping and Delivery Time
Orders are shipped through our approved shipping companies (such as SMSA and RedBox), offering both domestic and international delivery. SMSA also provides international shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping company chosen and the recipient’s city or country.
Delivery within the Kingdom usually takes 1–5 business days and may extend to a maximum of 7 business days in some cases, depending on the shipping company and destination city.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally extend by up to 10 additional business days in accordance with the shipping company’s policies.

Orders are handed over to the shipping company within 5 business days of confirmation.

The delivery period is calculated from the time the order is handed over to the shipping company.

Customer Service
Administration working hours: Sunday to Thursday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
At Haseed, we are pleased to receive your inquiries regarding orders and to respond during official working hours, Sunday to Thursday, through our approved communication channels.

Address and Shipping
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer on the payment page, and the store does not modify this information.

Delivery will be made to the specified address or to the nearest branch available with the shipping company.

If there is an error in the address, failure to answer, repeated postponement, or return of the shipment due to missing information, the customer will bear the costs of return or re-shipping.

Delays caused by incomplete information release the store from responsibility.

Order Tracking
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

After shipping, it is the customer’s responsibility to track the order status with the shipping company to ensure timely delivery.

The customer will be provided with a tracking number via email. If the email is not received, the customer may contact the store to obtain the tracking number.
If the shipment is not received within the specified period, the customer must notify the store within 3 business days through the store’s official communication channels.
If the shipment is damaged during delivery, the customer must notify the store within 3 business days to request compensation, providing documented proof such as a photo of the damaged shipment. Failure to notify within this period will be considered a waiver of the right to compensation.

Changing the Shipping Company
The store reserves the right to change the shipping company if this is in the interest of expediting delivery or ensuring the order arrives safely.

Important Notes
Haseed Store is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from mishandling by shipping companies or delays. The store’s responsibility is limited only to cases caused by errors in preparing or packaging the order before it is handed over to the shipping company.

Any delivery delay caused by the shipping company or carrier is beyond the store’s responsibility.

Orders are shipped after preparation is completed. Public holidays and official vacations are not counted within the preparation period, and shipping will be postponed to the official working days of the shipping companies.
