Private label — your brand
We roast and pack in your own branded bags at no extra charge. You supply the bags and deliver them to our roastery (Al Khaleej, Riyadh) before roasting — bag design and type are yours.
Monthly supply for cafés & companies
Set a standing monthly order (or 3+ sacks a month) and get a permanent 5% discount plus priority on limited lots.

Every order is roasted fresh for you, so we don't ship samples. Instead, a guarantee that makes them unnecessary — on every wholesale order:
Returns guarantee on every order
Every wholesale order is packed in sealed 1 kg bags. Within 10 days of receipt, return at least 70% of the bags still sealed (e.g. a 50 kg order = 50 bags, return 35 or more) and pay only for the bags you opened. We refund the returned bags by bank transfer within 14 business days, or exchange them for another harvest — your choice.
Spec-match guarantee
Origin, process, tasting notes, roast level and roast date — as published, or we replace it.
Freshness guarantee
Roasted within 72 hours before shipping, packed in sealed 1 kg valve bags, roast date printed on every bag.
Free roast adjustment
If the roast level doesn't suit your machine or brew method, we adjust it on your next batch at no charge.
Return conditions: bags sealed, undamaged and stored dry; we inspect them on arrival before refunding. Return shipping is on us for quality complaints and on the customer for preference returns. The guarantee excludes private-label orders (customer's bags), custom roasts and promotional pricing.

We buy each harvest by the full sack and roast it in a batch dedicated to your order after confirmation, so the minimum = the sack's roasted weight. You pay for the actual roasted weight you receive.
